Carole Wachter Hebb, 92, formerly of Baden, died November 24, 2022, at The Vineyard Inn, in Seminole, FL.
Born on December 21, 1929, in Sewickley, Carole was the daughter of the late Charles B. and Frances Gitshier Wachter. She was an employee at Westinghouse for over 25 years in Beaver, Pa. Carole, her husband Floyd, and their children were members of Christ Alliance Church, in Hopewell, for over 20 years. Carole and Floyd were very active there as Sunday School Teachers, Youth Alliance Sponsors and in Vacation Bible School.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Floyd A. Hebb in 2004; two sisters, Ethel Crawford, and Evelyn Eckley; and three brothers, Earl Wachter, John Wachter, and Harris Wachter.
Carole is survived by her daughter, Cheryl and her husband, Donnie Brisco of Seminole, FL; two sons, Jeffrey Hebb and his partner Allan Dyke of Carnegie, PA, David Hebb and his wife Mary Lou of Holiday, FL; three grandchildren, Katelyn Sovocool of Seminole, FL, Dana Johnson, and her husband Chad of Zanesville, OH. and Melissa Hebb of Zanesville, OH; five great-grandchildren, Keely Hebb of Nashport, OH, Parker Johnson, Mackenzie Johnson, Adalyn Johnson, and Parker Samson, all of Zanesville, OH.
Friends will be received Friday from 4:00 PM until the time of service at 6:30 PM at CORLESS-MATTER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, LLC, 1133 Church Street Ambridge, PA 15003. Online condolences at www.corlessmatterfuneralhome.com. Rev. Paul Yanchek will be officiating.
Burial will be on Saturday, December 3rd 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery, 450 Penn Avenue, Aliquippa, PA 15001.
