Donald Cermak, 79, of Beaver Falls, died Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Good Samaritan Hospice.

Born July 30, 1941 in Sewickley, the son of the late Paul and Margaret Hauger Cermak. He was an automotive mechanic and enjoyed camping and golfing.

Surviving are two children, Donald and Deborah; brother, Robert Cermak; sister, Alice Fortune; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by three brothers, Paul Jr., John, and Edward Cermak.

As per the family's request, all services were private.
