Jack Lee Smith, 83, of Baden, passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at Heritage Valley Beaver.
He was born April 13, 1937 in Horner, WV, son of the late Dewey Smith and Mary (Henline) Smith DeLong.
Mr. Smith is an Army Veteran and is retired from the Republic Engineered Steel Corporation. He is survived by his son, Douglas Smith, of Cranberry Twp., PA; daughter, Debra Wertman and son-in-law, Keith Wertman of Union, KY. He is also survived by his sisters, Dolly Grinaldi and Kathy Wenglik, both of Ambridge, along with several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Betty, of 53 years, and a brother, Walter Smith.
A private funeral will be held at Corless-Matter Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1133 Church Street, Ambridge, PA 15003, www.corlessmatterfuneralhome.com.
Interment will take place at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
