Kimberly Mae Davids

Kimberly Mae Davids, 62, of Economy Borough, passed away on December 13, 2024, at AHN Wexford.

Born on May 22, 1962, in Sewickley, she was the daughter of the late Howard Leslie and Martha Jane McKenzie Beeman. Kim was an embodiment of resilience, acceptance, and nonjudgmental love. She was the smart glue that held her family together and the light that brightened every room she entered. Kim was an assembler at Eaton Corp. for over 10 years. She held two associate degrees from CCBC in Web Mastery/Design and Networking.

Kim's love for art and games, particularly Mario Kart, was infectious. Only her late son, Howard, could claim victory over her. As a volunteer firefighter at Southside Station 29, she demonstrated her bravery and commitment to her community. Kim's life was a beautiful mosaic of love, laughter, and service. She gave love, acceptance, and joy to everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. 

Surviving is her loving husband, Paul Christopher Davids, three sons, Rich Cox, Ronald W. "Bill" (Elizabeth Rhoades) Hall III and Christopher L. (Olivia) Davids; brother, Brian L. (Lorrie) Beeman; two sisters, Pamela Jane Beeman, and Susan Barness; eight grandchildren, Zach Barness, Daniel Barness, Grace Mae Marraffa, McKenzie Cox, McKenna Cox, McKendra Cox, McKylynn Cox, and Sam Carter; and her four-legged companions, Pepe and Buster.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Howard L. B. Hall; and daughter Nikkena L. Miller.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
