Raymond F. Dively, 92, of Baden, passed away Monday, January 24, 2022, at Waynesburg Healthcare and Rehab Center.
Born September 4, 1929, in Frankstown, PA, he was the son of the late Martin and Dora (Harpster) Dively. In his younger years, Raymond enjoyed playing high school sports, especially Allstar Football for Avonworth. He was a US Army Veteran and a retired crane operator from American Bridge. Ray had a passion for traveling. He visited all 50 states and every continent except Antarctica. While he was traveling, he was also doing missionary work. Most of his time as a missionary was spent in India.
In addition to his parents, Raymond was preceded in death by his loving wife, Eva J. (Gunn) Dively; and six sisters.
Ray is survived by two daughters, Lori J. (Eugene) Aldridge, and Tonya J. Dively; brother, Clarence Dively; and two grandchildren, Sara Aldridge, and Dwayne Aldridge.
Friends will be received Thursday from 11 AM until the time of service at 1 PM in the Corless-Matter Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1133 Church Street Ambridge, PA 15003. Online condolences at www.corlessmatterfuneralhome.com.
Interment will follow at Allegheny County Memorial Park.
