Tim Schmidt

William Timothy 'Tim' Schmidt, 72, of Ambridge, passed away on August 13, 2023, at Heritage Valley Sewickley in Sewickley.

He was born on July 25, 1951, in Sewickley, and leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories. Tim was the son of William Schmidt and the late Lucille E. Schmidt.

Tim was an extraordinary man who dedicated his career to serving others as a Field Service Representative for Orkin. Beyond his professional life, Tim had a special place in the hearts of his family. He was a beloved uncle who enjoyed spending time with and entertaining his nieces and nephews.

Tim's love for the outdoors was evident in his hobbies and interests. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who appreciated the beauty of nature. The tranquility he found while spending time in the woods or out on the water brought him immense happiness. Golf was another passion that Tim pursued with enthusiasm.

One place that held a special significance in Tim's heart was the family cabin in Tionesta. It was there where he experienced countless memorable moments surrounded by loved ones.

Tim will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. He is survived by his father, William Schmidt; brother, Eric Schmidt; two sisters, Debbie Crane and Dawn (Rodney) Williams; nieces and nephews, Rodney Jr. (Jenna), Courtney, Thomas (Dominique), Madyson; great-nieces and nephews, Eva, Scarlett, Lily, Theo; as well as many cousins, extended family, and friends.
